Our room was very clean and spacious, though the heat wasn't always the greatest. They were fantastic about clearing the parking lot when there was a snow storm. Breakfast wasn't the best especially if you can't have bread. They had bagels, toast, donuts, danish, eggs, sausage, cheese, and yogurt most mornings. There is also VERY limited seating. Every morning we had to use armchairs and a side table.

The room was spotless. The lobby was designed well, with tasteful furniture, a beautiful fireplace and well decorated for the Christmas holidays. One note, when making a reservation, always ask for a room at the front of the hotel as the back of the hotel, the one facing the parking lot, has a train in the distance that you can hear during the day and night

When I got to my room, there was no TV remote. I called the front desk to inquire about it and the front desk attendant made me feel like I was the problem. I asked for someone to come up and locate the remote that he insisted was in the room. After 15 min of waiting< i went down stairs and asked for another room. No sorry for the inconvenience - nothing. I went upstairs and was greeted by a room with a remote - great. I go to sleep and suddenly I awakened by the loud sounds of wind whistling through the window -which won't seem to shut all the way (don't get this room if there is any wind - you won't sleep. When I was leaving I noticed a charge for $20 "facility fee". I asked what that was for and they said, "parking, breakfast and wi-fi" I said, your parking lot is empty, I didn't use the wi-fi and it said that breakfast was included with the fee I paid to stay there. He said, "I don't know what to tell you." Again, no sorry, no attempt to make anything better...nothing. I asked what other people had to say about this mysterious charge and he said, "nothing". If this is your kind of place - have a good time/
