Located just 1.5 hours from Nashville and 6 miles from the Tennessee River, this cozy 80-year-old home is a perfect weekend escape. Nestled between two Tennessee State Parks, it's ideal for hiking, fishing, and unplugging from the city.
We renovated it as newlyweds, keeping its charm and quirks. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a quiet reset, come enjoy small-town living at its best—we hope you love it as much as we do.

The space
In our home you have access to a full kitchen with all the basics needed, full bath with tub shower combo, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, living room (queen air mattress available), dining room and a sunroom to relax in. Please note that this is a older home and closet space is non existent. There is a luggage stand in the bedroom as well as hooks on two doors. I have provided hangers in the dinning room closet as well.

Guest access
The entire home is yours. There are some doors that will remain locked that are utility/supply closets as well as the back room that is the owners space.

Other things to note
Boat and trailer parking available upon request.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Decatur County General Hospital. The holiday home offers a fireplace and a patio.

Please take the towels you used and put them all in the bathtub.
Please wash all dishes and place them on the drying mat beside the sink.
Please take out trash the day of your departure. There is a large trash bin located at the back door. Only bagged trash is allowed in the outside bin.
