Living Space:



This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.



The kitchen would please a professional chef. It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.



Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs.



The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), seating area and fire pit. Also in the fully fenced and private back yard is a additional covered patio with seating and dining space. Grill it up on the gas BBQ. The garden abounds with fruit trees and herbs for cooking to add to your special recipes.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous property! The house and yard are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the location is ideal. We spent a week here and it was the perfect spot. Everything was clean, the appliances and everything in the kitchen were really nice. It was a convenient walk downtown or easy to hop on the highway to the wineries. Less than 40 minutes to the coast and beautiful beach views and quaint seaside towns.
