Nous avons pu réceptionner la chambre après 3h30 de retard, sans que celle-là soit alimentée en eau. petit problème technique à notre départ, elle frappe avec insistance à notre porte à 11h pour nous dire de partir sans tenir compte de notre heure d’arrivée cinq étages sans ascenseur, décoration, très vétuste, propreté, escalier et état général déplorant, mais surtout un service à l’accueil inexistant, on a l’air de la déranger à chaque demande

Roupas de cama completamente encardida, suja, o edredom nem se fala, parece que nunca foi lavado, só colocaram uma capa e mesmo assim ele saia da capa e dava pra ver. Deveria contratar uma equipe que lava roupas de cama. Eu só queria tomar um banho e dormir em uma cama limpa.
