My first time at Arbour. Stayed for 10 nights. The bed and pillows are fantastic and the staff go over and beyond to assist.if there is any complaint the safe at floor level is ridiculous and its a bit noisy at night with 3rd road traffic especially emergency vehicles. The pool is great and i enjoyed my stay

I arrived in hotel at 9 AM and couldn’t check in until 2PM after a long flight. One of the days the electricity went off in my floor and couldn’t fall a sleep because of the heat, they didn’t get me another room until the following morning. Other than that the hotel is clean with reasonable prices.

This was a great hotel overall, room was amazing, staff great, my only problem was the elevator, it is hot so every time you jump in you're sweating in this close box until you reach any other floor.

Lived the views and that it was up and away from the busy streets. A nice place to retreat to! Also the breakfast was terrific and the dining room was gorgeous! Same goes for the rooftop bar and pool. The staff was eager to please and very helpful when needed. Highly recommend! Oh I didn’t use the washer but it’s a great option! Had a mini fridge, microwave and a hot plate too!

Parking was a bit tight, but we got lucky and snagged a spot before it got full over the weekend. Was better to just leave our car there and get a Grab bike to go around town since it was in such a unique location that was always busy traffic wise. The area was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, though the rooftop was quite nice and a great view of the ocean and city at night. The only downside we experienced was on our last day before we left no matter where we were using water even when we turned it to ice cold, the water ended up being scalding hot and impossible to take a shower - so we had to fill up water bottles from the sink before that got hot as well and rinsed off that way.

Property is in a good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is and clean. The only issue I had was that the power went out while staying there and they were working on the water system. This caused minor issue with hot water. But it was fixed within a few days.
