relaxed atmoshere

beware of the festive add ons which i had to pay as soon as i got there.apart from that i would stay there again.no hassles from the staff,mind your own buisness then ok.a lot of russians so dont expect much in the sound of laughter,but hey.clean rooms everday to a high standard.nice location and pool.

Centrale Lage

Pros: Zentrale Lage zu fuss schnell im Centrum. Poolanlage zu empfehlen sauber und ruhig.Liegestühle ? wenig kosmetik wäre nicht schlecht
Cons: Filter von der Klimaanlage zu Reinigen. Nach ca.. 7 Minuten komischer Geruch .
Location: Gute Lage
Ferienaufenthalt für Freunde zu besuchen und schooping in Pattaya

Hotel agréable , bien situé par rapport à Pattaya;

Pros: La piscine , le petit déjeuné et le petit personnel....
Cons: moderniser les bungalow et supprimer celui trop prêt du plan d'eau stagnant.
Location: Nord Pattaya, à proximité ( trente minutes en taxi ), le temple de la vérité, ensuite centre Pattaya et toutes ses activités nocturnes et diurnes.
Magnifique séjour avec mon épouse.......malgré quelques bémols : deux coupures d'électricité d'une journée chacune dû aux intempéries. Notre bungalow était situé à trois mètres d'un plan d'eau stagnant, donc moustiques et croassements régulier de grenouilles. Très peu de rangement pour nos effets personnels. A notre départ, nous avons du attendre à la réception qu'une personne du staff fasse l'inventaire dans notre bungalow, grosse erreur de notre part de ne pas y avoir assisté, nous avions bu dans le mini bar deux petites bouteilles d'eau minérales ( 25 cl) valeur 09 bath au 7eleven du coin, la réceptionniste nous annonce 100 bath à payer, lui expliquons que nous n'en avons bu que deux, que j'étais prêt à payer. Cette personne à refusé nos explications et nous a fait comprendre qu'il valait mieux payer. Prudence également quand l'on rentre tars à son hôtel, beaucoup de cas de vol à l'arraché sur les touristes.

Wenn man keinen Service braucht, ist das Hotel ok

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Green Park Resort in Pattaya. (Pärchenurlaub) Die Lage ist recht günstig, mit dem TukTuk kommt man schnell zur Strandprommenade und zum Geschehen. Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und nett angelegt. So auch der Poolbereich. Das Frühstück war ok. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, sogar geärgert hat, war der Service besonders vom Front Office. Wir waren in einigen Dingen angewiesen auf die Hilfe von der Rezeption (verloren gegangene Geldbörse, Sprachschwierigkeiten), die wir aber absolut nicht bekommen haben. Wir wurden recht schnell genervt abgewiesen und allein gelassen. Auch für Planung bzgl Unternehmungen konnten wir hier absolut keine Hilfe oder Tipps bekommen. Stattdessen wurden uns schnell Dinge berechnet von denen wir erst beim CheckOut erfahren haben. Letztendlich haben wir außerhalb in Restaurants und anderen Hotels Hilfe gesucht und bekommen. So sieht meiner Meinung nach kein guter Service aus, weshalb wir dieses Hotel trotz guter Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen würden.
