Estate House, situated in the exclusive Beverly Hills area of Pattaya approximately 300 meters from the sea. This luxury home offers an incomparable living experience with a combination of 8 bedrooms, drawing / dining room, private pool, gym & Wi-Fi.

This is a very large space with it's own Gym / Swimming Pool and Solar hot water tub (dependant upon the sun) complete with Snooker and ping pong tables. There is a Thai kitchen additional to the main kitchen. This property is the biggest available on Phratamnak Hill and is very central. We have fiber optic connected wifi.
House Rules: We expect guests to respect the property as if your were in your own home. We are secluded in our oasis but no loud music after 2am it's Thai Law and we do have to respect our neighbours. No smoking in the rooms as there is plenty of space on the deck or terraces with ash trays provided.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Cosy Beach. Features include a gym, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The villa offers a private pool and a kitchen.
