Good value for your money…basic clean, functional hotel room with all the expected amenities of a budget hotel. Excellent location off 2nd road, close to Central Festival and Tree Town area.

Great location, though no king beds as advertised

Was a pleasant enough stay, clean, newly furnished and quiet room considering location. However the website advertises the room as having King beds. This is definitely not the case, they are standard doubles. Staff room seems to spill out onto undercovered pool area, which makes it anything but inviting. I never saw anyone use it while I was there.
