This villa is 6km drive to Pattaya beach and Walking Street. GRAB or BOLT app cars are available at any time of the day or night, even at 4-6am (after partying hours).

4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each.

Spacious living hall for residents and guests.

The TV at the living hall is linked to the YouTube. There is NO subscription to satellite channels. You can bring your own TV box (plus own cable) to be connected to the TV.

The 4 beds can fit 8 persons and if booking is for more than 8 persons, additional floor mattresses/pillows/blankets shall be provided.

The gardener and swimming pool cleaner will come three (3) times a week during day time. Both of them will come according to their own work arrangements. Their access is through the back door at the garden behind.

Monthly rental:-
In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests.

Entire villa as it's a private villa.

Additional services (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FREE DAILY CLEANING):-
- Free usage of towels (1 each for 1 pax per stay) will be provided. Additional cleaning lady service available: 2000 baht per cleaning per day (includes laundry fee for bed linens and towels). Therefore, please indicate the correct number of people. Additional towels at 500 baht for 10 towels.

5000 baht security deposit will be collected during check-in for F&B available in the villa and late check out (if any).
