Not bad. If you need a place to sleep, this is such a place. It’s definitely better than a sharp stick to the eye. If you love a hard bed, they have what you’re looking for. It’s a little distance walk from the main road but at least it’s quiet. No loud thumping bar music to keep you awake. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There were many things to like about this hotel. The staff were excellent, housekeeping was thorough, the price was good. The water was hot and plentiful, and rarely in Thailand hot water in the bathroom sink. The downside we’re old mattress that needed changing, weak WiFi on most floors, and a sixth floor that doesn’t have an elevator past the fifth and finally a 100 meter walk out to the main road.

Great budget hotel!

From start to finish our 2 week stay at Z by Zing was great. We arrived at 2am but no problem as they have staff at front desk 24/7. It's a budget hotel so dont expect minibars and room service. But you get a clean room with a fridge, free wifi, and a location that is less than a 5 min walk to Jomtien beach. It's a quiet place not a party place. Great for family visits. I highly recommend it for those looking to be near the attractions but want to save money on rooms.

Great property. Off the beach road but that's a good thing cuz it's probably quieter. Not much for decoration but nice large clean rooms. Great wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. I screwed up the reservation so we had to find another place for the final night as they were full. The manager did it in a heartbeat and literally 15 steps from door-to-door. Would stay there again and I'm fussy about safe, quiet and clean and they deliver. Recommend!

Great staff. Clean in general. But the property was not as it was advertised. No gym, no swimming pool. No daily cleaning. The wardrobes are too old and smell of mould. The team was friendly and kind enough to move the room in to better.
