Welcome to our relaxed and self-contained 2-bedroom studio, the perfect base for a coastal getaway in Pauanui. Tucked away beside our home but designed with privacy in mind, this space offers everything you need to settle in and unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable open-plan living area with a dining table, sofa, and TV — a cosy spot to gather after a day at the beach. The full kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and all the basics for cooking at home.

There are two bedrooms:
• The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the bathroom is accessed through this room only.
• The second bedroom has a double/single bunk bed and ample sliding wardrobe storage, ideal for kids, friends, or an extra couple.

The bathroom is clean and fully usable, however it is awaiting a scheduled refresh. You may notice a few river stones missing from the shower floor — this is cosmetic only, and the shower is regularly cleaned and functions well.

Step outside to the covered outdoor area, perfect for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a meal in the fresh air. Retractable privacy screens on both sides allow you to adjust the space to suit the weather and your comfort.

We’ve recently finished building our main home, so you’ll notice the landscaping is still in progress. Work is only carried out when the shack is not occupied, ensuring your stay is quiet and private.

For these two reasons — bathroom refresh pending and landscaping underway — we’re offering reduced rates until both projects are complete. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a comfortable, easy Pauanui escape at excellent value.
