The desk clerk was very friendly and offered great restaurant suggestions. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only downside is entrance to hotel is thru the casino which allows smoking. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay! We asked if we could split the bill among the 3 of us but they could not accommodate that! We were shocked by the $50 incidental charge that can’t be returned until 3-5 days.

The rooms were normal size. Dust bunnies were present and lack of detail was obvious. The Casino is small but it paid out so no issues there. The restraunt was ok nothing special but service and food were good.

Osage Hotel was excellent. Our first time through this area. Everything was clean and fresh. The paintings were absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed looking at each one. The casino was really fun too. But, we were counting on eating breakfast since it said online. Breakfast available. Apparently, not open every morning. Otherwise, a great stay and would come back. Stayed at the hotel for a “girls trip”. Entering through the casino, I thought it smelled a little like cigarette smoke even though I saw no smoking signs. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Having to use my room key to reach the elevators and use the elevator made me feel very safe. The pool was very clean and not crowded. An employee came by and asked my friend and I if we wanted a drink. That was very nice! Checkout was very easy as well. And to top it off it was a great price!! Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area.
