NEW property to offer! Relax in this upgraded 1bedroom/1bathroom condo located in the sweet spot of Litchfield Resort. Balcony with pond view and seating for breakfast or enjoying happy hour. Well stocked kitchen with all things needed for those who love to cook!
Family friendly area with kids pool area as well as access to private resort beach parking. You can walk the paved walkways throughout the resort as well as to beach access entrances or you can drive to the beach parking.
Walk to Starbucks, located on the resort property or ice cream shops! Grocery, restaurants, dining close by.
Beyond the resort, you can explore everything Pawleys Island has to offer, including local shops, favorite restaurants and the following top attractions:
- Brookgreen Gardens
- Huntington Beach State Park, including Atalaya Castle and large playground area
- Downtown Georgetown
- Pawleys Island shopping
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
