Property doesnt know the difference between a hold and a miscellaneous charge. Light on property was great and needed for security. BUT, black out curtains would make this place much better. The blinds do nothing.

The property was very clean. The location was very close to several restaurants and and shopping. We arrived late in the evening and Jaz was at the front desk - he was so friendly and welcoming and explained to us all about the property. He gave us the number to reach him and told us if we needed anything at all to give him a call. One of the best check-in experiences I've ever had. Would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel is fine if you know what you are getting. It is a totally bare-bones operation. There were no hand towels, no tissues, and the only wi-fi they provided was a public network with no password protection. But that is what they are offering in exchange for a lower price. So as long as you know what you are getting, it's fine. The building is brand-new. The room was clean. The area is quiet. It's a solid bare-bones operation or if you want an extended stay and are bringing your own amenities.

The room was nice and clean. The property was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only thing is there are no amenities. They will give you an iron to use if you need it but there are no coffee pots, blow dryers, paper towels, nor utensils for the kitchen. Make sure you bring everything you need. Overall nice clean room for the price

The hotel was very clean and secure. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if looking to stay in the Jackson area. (Plus the rate was very reasonable.)
