Located inside the exclusive, gated Pebble Beach® Community where beaches, golf and scenic drives await you. Also located near Pacific Grove and its restaurants, shops and conveniences.

Living Spaces
Lofty ceilings with skylights and wood floors grace this comfortable 2,200 sf home.
The formal living room space just inside the front door welcomes you with lofty ceilings and a comfortable seating area and game table; a wall of floor to ceiling windows pulls your gaze outside to the private, fenced yard.

The home is mostly single-level but with 1 step up from the the family room into the living room and 1 step up from the kitchen level to the primary bedroom.
The open-concept family/dining/kitchen space is a wonderful space for gathering family and friends.

The family room has a large L-shaped Sofa near the gas fireplace and WiFi-enabled TV with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms) and nearby is a wooden dining table with seating for the whole family to enjoy meals, chats and games.

Outside, in the private, fenced yard, you'll find seating options near a gas fire pit. This is the perfect place to unwind after your days out on the golf course or exploring trails and sights around the Monterey Peninsula.

The well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you put together some meals to share while you make memories together. Light, warm-toned cabinetry and white appliances coupled with ample counter space and a large pass-through serving counter to the adjacent vaulted dining area and family room make this a sweet space in which to prepare delicious meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two of the bedrooms have Wi-Fi-enabled TVs with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms). Each bedroom is a true retreat with quality linens and the bathrooms are fully updated.

Bedroom #1 - Large primary bedroom suite with King bed, loveseat, TV and a gleaming en suite bath with dual sinks, a standing shower and unique brick wall accent.
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, TV and comfortable reclining chair.
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed and a recliner for lounging.
Bedroom #4 - 2 Twin Beds and lovely views to the yard.
Hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination and is fully renovated with fresh finishes.

A washer and dryer are on hand for guest use.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Please note that there is a private ADU /guest house on the property, where the Homeowner resides. The entrances and yards are separate from one another and your privacy will be assured.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are welcome.
