The property extends over the Tuscan hills for a few hectares, surrounded by woods and olive groves, the space around the house is partially fenced on the side of the access road, while it is free on the side of the woods, to be enjoyed with long walks, during which you can find traces of the nocturnal passages of many animals and with great luck even meet some of them.

The manor house from the 1700s has been renovated bringing it back to its ancient rural flavour, on the ground floor all the rooms have extraordinary original ribbed or barrel vaults in terracotta, the room is characterized by a huge and traditional stone fireplace and the kitchen retains the taste of grandmother's brick kitchen with wood stove, while outside there remains the old bread oven and a large panoramic terrace, from where you can see the mountains of the Tuscan Apennines and admire wonderful sunsets among the olive trees.

The central location of the Valdera allows you to quickly reach both the main art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Livorno), visit the numerous Tuscan villages, and go on excursions on the Tyrrhenian coast from the Island of Elba to the 5 Terre, or in the various National Perchi such as S. Rossore or the Apuan Alps.
