In the living room there are high celings with a stairwell leading to the upper level, where there is another living/work area  and three more doubled bedrroms and another bathroom. The house has capacity for twelve people. the house has a total surface of 300 m2 and the plot is around 3000 m2.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting, timeless and elegant.
You can enjoy spectacular outdoor life in this Mediterranean quaint rural area surrounded by orange, olive and carobe trees. The town center is only five minutes walk and you can find there shops with top quality and fresh groceries, artisan bread and butcher, restaurants and bars.You will have easy access to endless activities: hiking, biking, kayak, horse riding, swimming and climbing.
The Turia river is excellent and safe for bathing in the Pedralba area and there are also public recreational facilities with a large swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle courts and a football field. 
The city of Valencia is just 35 kms or 40 minutes away so you can also combine your stay in Pedralba with visits to the city and beach.
