To access the villa there is a path which is 93cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide. The terrace is on a split level, with the poolside down 15 steps. This can be seen in the images. The terrace is tiled, whilst there is also gravel and shrubs around the edge of the terrace. Inside, the ground floor double bedroom door is 74cm wide. There are no bathrooms on this floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 240cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 240cm wide. There is a separate annex under the villa, which compromises of a kitchen, shower room and bedroom. This is accessible via the 15 poolside steps.
