Villa Polyxeni - Seven Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 14
This impressive villa sits nestled in a large plot close to the resort and beach of Coral Bay.
Seven bedrooms across two floors make this property ideal for extended or large families or groups of friends travelling together.
As you enter the villa, there is an air of space and light from the large windows. The Scandinavian style furnishings provide you with comfortable seating and dining as well as additional seating areas to just sit and relax.
The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a large dining area with seating for up to 14 people. Equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
In total, there are three double bedrooms and four twin bedrooms with seven bathrooms.
Outside the villa you will find the large 10m x 5m private pool with roman steps for easier access. Surrounding the pool are large covered and open terraces including a pretty purpose built alfresco dining pagoda area with brick built barbecue, ideal for those who enjoy a night in as well as a night out. Further entertainment is provided by a pool table and ping pong.
The villa is located a little over 500m from Coralia beach and within walking distance of the Coral Bay beach and resort.
Important Information - This property contains wide vertical gaps in the balcony railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
