The Hamilton Princess is at the top for a reason. The staff is impeccable; the accommodations are up to date and the property sits in the heart of Hamilton while having incredible views. The only thing bad about staying there is having to leave eventually.

The hotel was awesome. Beautiful views of the harbour. My only suggestion is that they should make the superior (more picturesque) infinity pool the adults only pool and the central / less dynamic pool the kid-friendly pool. Not sure why they have done it in reverse. All three restaurants were great. Service was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a Beautiful property. Perfect location with nice shops and restaurants downtown. Great pools and hot tub. Wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. That said, A bit over crowded with insufficient equipment for the number of guests (one toaster and one person at omlet station for 150 patrons, resulted in long lines, not enough chairs at the beach). Room service didn’t replenish water and coffee.

This is a beautiful, historic hotel. It is also the most expensive hotel we've ever stayed at.

For the money, room cleaning left a lot to be desired. We returned from the beach on our first full day and crumbs from the morning's croissant were still on the table. It didn't appear that the rug had been vacuumed during our entire stay. Expected better.

Very well located within Hamilton with quick access to the ferry and bus terminals. The hotel grounds are very well kept and feature an impressive art collection and good restaurants. The beach, while 20 mins away, is nicely set up with a bar/restaurant and good amenities. Overall very good experience at the hotel.
