Inside, unwind in two King beds, Twin bunk beds, and a Queen sofa bed. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, and a full-sized washer/dryer. my home offers comfort and convenience for up to 8 guests.

➜ The third bedroom features two Twin-sized beds in bunk bed style, perfect for kids or extra guests.

➜ There's a cozy Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room for added comfort and flexibility.

➜ There are 2 bathrooms inside the unit and a half bathroom near the outside pool area.

➜ There's a washer and dryer outside on the covered porch next to the house, and you can get to them through the door in the second bedroom.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please Note - The unit has 1 apartment on each side of the house but they are very quiet and the amenities are not shared. However, parking is assigned due to that reason. Guests can only park in the 2 assigned spaces and be mindful of their immediate neighbors.



➤ Availability of free parking (2 spaces).



➤ Kindly be aware that the outdoor pool DOES NOT have a heating system in place.



➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Temperature change requests for the A/C can only be made between 7 am and 11 pm. Any requests submitted after this time will be handled the following morning.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
