Very picturesque, private, hot tub, fire pit, pets, close to wineries and water This is a recently renovated private cottage on 13 mostly wooded acres, and part of our wine country cottages. The cottage is centrally located to wineries, Keuka and Seneca lakes, and other attractions. Tons of sunlight thru the many windows and glass doors. All new beds, furniture, hot tub, and large smart TV with Wifi. Breathtaking setting. Open floor plan with 3 nice sized bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 full modern bathrooms with showers. 3 electric fireplaces. Huge wrap around deck with awesome views. Partial lake view. Only 9 minutes from marina, beach access, and nearest town with several stores, shops, restaurants, and gas stations - plus a movie theater. In one of the most desirable locations in the Finger Lakes In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details. *The default rate is based on 2 guests. There is an extra charge per guest per night after the 2nd guest - max 8 guests (this includes those staying and visiting). *Large parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. *Pets are accepted with a fee, max of 2 pets.
