This luxurious Portofino Island Resort condo is located in Tower 5 on the 12th floor and has the most amazing GULF FRONT views you'll find on the island! Tower 5 is the most newly constructed building and also the most western tower, which gives the most breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

This spacious three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom suite offers 2,034 square feet of space. Relax and enjoy the view of the pristine, sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from your private 472-square foot wrap around balcony. The condo features porcelain tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, floor to ceiling windows, gulf views from every bedroom and a built in grill. The fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area and living room. The condo is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find at home, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, ice machine, wine cooler, washer/dryer, hair dryer, basic spices and coffee. Beach towels, toys, coolers and many other beach accessories are in the unit for your use. Every room has its own full bathroom, plus a half bath in the common area. The onsite European Spa and Lifestyle Center offers a state of the art fitness area, treatment rooms, indoor spa, separate his and hers spa areas (with dry sauna, steam room, showers, lockers and lounge area), 2 lagoon pools with spas overlooking the intracoastal waterway and an indoor olympic size pool. This was a perfect place to stay. We were with our grown children and grandchildren. Rooms were perfect! Everything we needed was there. The rooms were clean and fully furnished. Location was also perfect. We loved that they had individual pools at each tower and also a inside pool when it weather was bad. I definitly recommend this place!

We booked this incredible space for our thanksgiving after having a major loss in our family earlier this year. The entire place is exceptional and the host was so helpful and heart warming with us. I couldn’t have imagined spending such a difficult first holiday after our loss in anywhere more special. The views are spectacular and the condo has everything we could’ve ever needed to have a family dinner together. The sunsets and views were spectacular. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay — three adult sisters and our mom — in this spacious, clean, and comfortable condo. It had everything we needed for the meals we cooked, with plenty of towels, multiple hairdryers, and so many thoughtful extras you don’t even realize you’ll need until you’re traveling. The layout offers lots of space for relaxing or entertaining, and the massive balcony overlooking the gulf was perfect for morning sunrises AND evening sunsets, playing games, and just unwinding together. The location is excellent — easy to get to, with assigned garage parking conveniently close to the elevators. The resort has great amenities, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Best of all, it’s right next to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, where the beaches are absolutely stunning. We’d definitely rent this condo again!
The main living space is large and the bar are with fridge and ice maker is a nice touch

The balcony is lighted at night and we enjoyed or evenings playing games outdoors.
Two of the bedrooms + the main living area have direct access to the balcony, the double bedroom only has floor ro ceiling windows, no access to balcony.

Fantastic unit. Maybe the nicest beach condo we’ve ever stayed in. Beds, linens, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the décor was so tasteful. Everything was very clean, from the couches to the furniture. The jetted tub in the master was a big hit with the kids, and the views were amazing. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony. Property amenities were excellent, and it was so nice having great food and drinks on property without needing to leave or change out of swimsuits. Plenty of linens and supplies were provided, and the condo was well stocked (except nightlights, so bring those if you have littles). Overall, a wonderful stay!

Loved the views of the beach in multiple rooms, perfect location away from busy part of town. Easy check-in with property management and nice people all around. Condo was very spacious and had everything one would need for the stay! Restaurants on site were delicious and teens thoroughly enjoyed all the pools! Would stay again!

Mother daughter trip and it was great. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were really comfortable. Had an issue with one of the big appliances but it was fixed. Property manager was very helpful and responded immediately!
