Rodent??

The location was good. Close to the beach. But you can tell that this is probably owned by a company since it doesn’t seem to show owner’s pride in the space. Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept. After a whole day of calling, texting and insisting, I got us moved to a different and much better place. It was great that Southern Rentals agreed to do this. We did have to show evidence of the presence of the rodent, which we did promptly.
