Amazing modern, updated beach condo located directly on Perdido Key Beach, Pensacola, Florida! Heated pool!

Freshly painted, new bedding, amazing, upgraded shower and kitchen, and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful teal ocean and heated pool make this an amazing condo for your next vacation! Our entire building was just renovated with new balconies & fresh paint as well!

We have enacted enhanced cleaning for our guests using more disinfectant and bleach to help curb the spread of germs. The heated POOL is private to our small community and overlooks the beach! Our private BEACH is always open. Reach out to us with any questions.

This is the ultimate modern beachfront condo, DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is an updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1350 sq ft condo that sleeps 10. The living room highlights a 16 foot glass door/window that opens up to the patio with spectacular beach and ocean views. Brand new guest bathroom and walk-in shower as well.

The 3rd floor unit is furnished with modern furniture, completely new appliances, new linens, new mattresses and an updated, upgraded kitchen. There is an elevator.

The living room has reclaimed barn wood wall with a vintage long surf board as art. For furniture there is a new queen sleeper sofas, beautiful mod chairs, and a family feasting dining room table. It also features a Sony High Definition television with cable for watching the big game, movies on DVD, or a family duel on our Nintendo Wii U - with great games like Mario Cart 8, Minecraft, Wii Sports and Guitar Hero. High speed internet WiFI, cable TV, and Sonos wireless music speakers are all included.

The master bedroom includes a 55 inch HDTV with a super comfy brand new king sized bed, just waiting for you and your guests. It also has a twin daybed with a trundle for 2 smaller guests. The two guest bedrooms feature queen beds and HDTV's with cable. There is also a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, Our max capacity is 10, with no exceptions per our both available beds & fire code.

We have a commercial washer and dryer as well. Our patio storage closet includes your beach tool needs including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. No need to bring beach buckets, chairs and toys, we got ‘em for you! We even provide starter packs of soaps, paper towels and toilet paper!

The condo has a pool that is directly below the balcony so you can check on the kids while you are relaxing on the patio. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS pharmacy, gas stations, fast food, and is within walking distance to unique shops, restaurants, golf, boat rentals and bars.

Within 5-15 minutes of our condo are world famous attractions, including the National Naval Aviation Museum, National Seashore, Flora-Bama Bar & Yacht Club, Old Pensacola Lighthouse and many more.

Getting to Perdido Key is very easy. Located just 30 miles from Pensacola International Airport it's simple to fly in. PNS Airport has daily non-stop service to Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Chicago, Washington DC, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa and Miami. With Casa-P-Key being a "on the water beach property", please keep in mind all units only have ONE parking spot. It's the reality of a small beach front community. We have suggestions for additional vehicles. Once you book we can provide the details. Please keep in mind, our condo is a 100% NO SMOKING condo and property.

Beaches nearby include Perdido Beach, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Destin Beach, 30A, Seaside & Watercolor. Enjoy our quiet beach for family time, and enjoy local dining, or take a quick 30 to 45 minute drive to explore all the different dining, shopping, and nightlife available at other beaches along the way. There is something different to do every day and every night if you want it!

Perfect Perdido Key Stay

The property location was beyond perfect! Nestled at the end of a row of condo buildings, the beach right in front of our unit was never too crowded despite it being a holiday weekend. Everything was perfect for our family! Highly recommend!

Our Family vacay

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our family of 6 plus our grandson who is 2. They have everything you need for a beach vacation! I was blown away with all the stuff they have for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, kids toys. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great with property manager. The condo was spacious and views were great?Two things I would mention. I don't feel like the floors were cleanwed before we got there, as we.walked around our feet were very dirty and we hadn't been to the beach yet. Also, we had an extra vehicle and had to park across the street which was fine, we knew that. What we did t know is you had to pay by cash or check. 20.a.day at 6 days. Luckily I did have some extra cash. Normally I don't carry that.much. Just a heads up for future guests. We truly enjoyed our stay here!!

Spring break stay

This place was absolutely perfect. The location is terrific because it’s close to restaurants, ice cream, and walking paths. We had two 13 year olds and their grandma and they all had plenty to do. The unit’s location was terrific being on the third floor and right on the corner of the building. Even with some crummy weather at the beginning of week, we were able to watch the storms over the ocean from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need for the week. The unit, building grounds, and beach was very clean. The pool was a bonus because it was heated and was perfect on the crummy weather days. The communication with Anna was quick and helpful. I hope we’ll be able to come back again!

This condo checked all the boxes!

I came with my husband, mother, & my 18, 13, & 7 yr old sons for a week in July. The layout was spacious, we never felt crowded. The guest shower is awesome!! It's so big. The amount of beds was perfect for us. All the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of pillows & bedding. The decor was nice. The big surf board over the table was pretty cool! There were several games, we all played Headbandz. It was really fun seeing all my boys have fun & play together. There's a full size washer & dryer, so we were able to pack light & just wash often. There was a vacuum & broom to use. Sand will get tracked in no matter how hard you try so it was nice to be able to clean up after ourselves. Kitchen was stocked well. There's a Publix & Walmart not far from the condo. I love that this is a smaller condo complex, so their private beach isn't near as crowded as the ones beside it. There were beach toys, buckets, chairs, umbrellas, and floats in the closet to use. That was so convenient since we flew & didn't bring any of that. We split our time between the pool and the beach. The pool was very clean. There was a shower to clean sand off coming from the beach. Location is perfect between Gulf Shores, Pensacola, & Destin. We took a day trip to each. It's just a few minutes from Johnson Beach National Seashore. I highly recommend paying for a pass & going there. Great shelling on the very end of the beach, & you can see dolphins feeding around 6-7am. Great experience!!

On the beach

Great location right on the beach. Pool is right below balcony which is nice. Plenty of space for our large family. Beach was not overly crowded compared to some of the high rise complexes. It was a great week at the beach in Perdido Key!

The property was a great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice surprise that beach service was available and affordable. Most notably, the A/C wasn't working upon our arrival, but the owner pulled out the stops to get it repaired within 24 hours. She was treated us kindly and with financial integrity.

2024 Family Vacation

We really enjoyed your condo! Had to adjust to not having curtains/blinds at night with all the big windows overlooking the beach and ocean. However it was so beautiful to look at! Had everything we needed for our stay!! If I were to suggest anything, it would be to move/store the paint etc. from in front of the washing machine as it blocks getting to it to use it. Thanks again for sharing your beach home with us! We hope to return!

Best beach location and stunning view!

This condo is so close to the beach, you’ll want to spend every day there (and we did)! When not on the actual beach we were on the ocean-facing balcony in awe of the breathtaking view. We loved that this wasn’t a huge high-rise of condos filled with guests because it was nice and quiet and plenty of space on the private beach. The condo itself fit our family of 6 very well. With 4 kids sharing one of the 2 bathrooms, we were pleasantly surprised that there was a door between the shower/toilet and sink area so more than one person could get ready at the same time. Our only complaint was bedding. There was not enough sheets to utilize both pull out couches. The master comforter was very comfortable until we noticed stains in several spots (which was a bit gross) and the bottom sheet wouldn’t stay on that bed but we made due. The condo has a ton of equipment/toys for the beach which the kids loved! Make sure to join in on the ghost crap hunts at night. Such a blast for all ages! Thank you Anna for sharing your green with us! I want to move to Florida now!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for us. Convenient location to local restaurants as well as orange beach/gulf shores. The place was clean and accurately represented. The outdoor storage closet had tons of beach chairs, toys and even a wagon. Make sure you're aware this place only has one parking space per condo with additional parking across the street.

Great place to stay in Perdido!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool, was ideal--very easy access to the pool and short distance to the beach. We were very comfortable and the porch closet with beach supplies was a nice bonus. The owner was so gracious and helpful with any issues we needed assistance with. The only negative was having to pay for parking across the street as only one parking space is provided for each unit. We would happily book this unit again!

Florida get-away!

I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Orange Beach/Perdido Key area. It was very convenient to many restaurants. Flora-Bama was very close and so much fun! We thoroughly enjoyed the music there. The beach was wonderful and just steps away! The pool was heated and very inviting. We spent a lot of time at the pool and walking the beach. It was not crowded like many beaches are. Our host was extremely responsive when needed. The condo is just as the pictures indicate. Very comfortable and inviting!

Perfect Low Key Beach Stay

The unit was a great size and the amenities were just what we were looking for. Access to the beach was great and it felt like we had the place to ourselves at times. The beach was wonderful, just as advertised. We stayed here with 4 adults and two young children and had more than enough space. The stocked beach toy closet came in handy as well. We look forward to another trip to Perdido Key soon!

Beautiful beachfront condo

Our stay was magical! We had 5 people stay for a little over a week. We had two kids with us and there was plenty of room for us all. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the pull out couch was comfy. The view is spectacular and we were able to see dolphins swimming from the balcony almost every morning. There are binoculars in the tv stand too! We loved all the beach gear that is already here , we didn’t have to buy anything! Chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, inner tubes, and more. The pool was clean and not busy at all. We loved collecting shells in the morning and watching the dolphins swim. There are games for the whole family to play. The kitchen is stocked with a crockpot, blender, waffle maker, and coffee maker. We recommend Paul’s Pizza across the street on nights you don’t want to cook. We visited in October and the weather was wonderful! The beach is beautiful and the condo is too. We had an amazing time and highly recommend you book this condo! We were able to communicate easily with the owner and the responses were always prompt.

Fantastic stay at the beach

Had a great stay with family celebrating my girlfriends grandmas 83rd birthday. Anna, the property owner was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful condo and location in Perdido Key.
