We were just passing through so a quick one night stay for our family. We were met with friendly customer service and they called us 30 mins after getting to our room to make sure we had everything we need. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options between hot and cold items and healthy or quick on the go options. Check out was simple and we were on our way.

TV didn't work. Front desk swapped the controller but second didn't resolve. Someone came to address the problem but she barely spoke English and could not make TV work. We were told hotel sold out and no other room or options for making TV work.
