• This home is located in a quiet, residential area and is part of our Good Neighbor protection program. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, smart home technology is used to monitor noise and occupancy levels. If excessive noise or overcrowding is detected, our team may contact you with a gentle reminder about quiet hours and maximum occupancy. Rest assured, this technology is privacy-friendly—it only detects decibel levels and device presence, not conversations or personal information.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• Pets are allowed — up to 2 dogs only (maximum 50 lbs each). A fee of $150 + taxes per dog. Other animals are not permitted without prior approval.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
