Comfortable beds and great dining options. Right on the Penticton Waterfront with direct access to the boardwalk, beach, and numerous parks and restuarants. That being said, the Barking Parrot is a lounge that plays loud music until 2am. Do not get a room above that establishment unless you like to stay up late as well. Also, they need more handicapped options, and should probably put the handicapped spaces CLOSER to the doors than the electric car spots??? Super odd decision there.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. Overall is very good, but only one part disappointed me. During the night time around 12 am to 3 am, the room was very noisy. People came back late and they talked very loud. You can hear what they talked outside in your room. The hotel does not have a quiet time during the night. We were waked up many times during our stay. The rest of the hotel is very nice and the lakeside is very good for family as well.

It's a very clean property. Lots of nearby restaurants and the main beach. The private beach was quite nice. Nice bed. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the restaurant patio was quite fun (gets busy at night and it was lots of fun). Good for all ages. However, I was stunned at how disappointing the front desk were at check in and check out. Perhaps my standards/expectations around customer service are antiquated...but responding "yep" and being entirely disinterested during the transactions is unacceptable. Brutal. If you can stomach the check in attitude, this is a nice place. Or perhaps you don't care about customer service, then you'll be fine.

Stayed here because my husband was in the triathlon. Main building is dated. Sewage backed up in the tub. 2nd floor water view is noisy as it is over the bar/night club. Club goers screaming in the hallways late night. Young children screaming in the hallways at midnight and slamming doors.
