Conveniently located within the gates of Breezy Point Resort, this beautifully updated vacation home sleeps six. Golf, fish, swim, boat, and dining - enjoy all the amazing things the Breezy Point area has to offer. Pet friendly!

The primary bedroom come with a queen size bed, couch, and television. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and TV. The loft has two twin size beds, and the living room has a full size futon for additional sleeping. Two bathrooms make the space comfortable for groups up to six.

This vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy you get away! Games, movie, fire pit, we have it all.

You will have full access of the property. This is a twin home, so only half the backyard belongs to this property.

We live just around the corner from the property. We will be respectful of your privacy, but if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask!

This property is located within the gates of Breezy Point Resort. The neighborhood consists of vacation rentals, cabins, and year round residence.

The rental was a great place to stay—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Great to bring our dog along. We appreciated the game options and the well-equipped kitchen, and access to the pool was a highlight.This was our first winter visit to the area. While we enjoyed the property, we found the resort itself had limited activities during the winter months, particularly for younger kids. There were activities listed for us to enjoy but the activity office was never open and the front desk at Breezy Point wasn't much help. The hosts and location were great, and there was nothing wrong with the rental. Our experience simply made us realize this destination may be better suited for us in a different season.

We enjoyed our stay here with a couple of exceptions: we had difficulty with the plastic and wooden rods on the stairs and despite trying to remember the low ceiling in the loft people still hit their heads. That said, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, backyard was nice, enjoyed the location, beds were comfortable, quiet, etc. Not quite ideal for us, but we are glad we gave it a try.

Clean, spacious cabin. My only complaint is that it got quite warm in the two bedrooms downstairs, even with the fans on. An extra a/c unit in the downstairs portion would help. Otherwise, great location and close to everything in Breezy Point!

Relaxing Family Vaca

This is a wonderful property. It was exactly as pictured and just as clean. The location can’t be beat since it’s in picturesque walking distance from multiple restaurants, entertainment and water sports, and the neighborhood is quiet. We had a family vacation of shopping, brewery hopping, card night on the porch, take out pizza night watching football and it was so well suited for all of that. Air conditioning kept us comfortable in unseasonably warm heat and high humidity. Highly recommend.
