The property has a communal garden with a large porch divided into two areas, one with table tennis and the other with a brick barbecue and bench. Next to the porch a children’s play area (swings, see-saw etc.). In town there is a large public swimming pool just five minutes walk from the apartments. The owners welcome their guests with a variety of local food products according to the season. ACCOMODATION CAL SERVERO 1 Cosy apartment situated on the first floor of the building. There is a living/dining-room with TV and an open plan kitchen featuring gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
