O Pereiro de Aguiar, located in the province of Ourense, is a charming town surrounded by lush landscapes and nature. This area provides easy access to the city of Ourense, famous for its thermal baths and impressive historic center, where the Cathedral of San Martiño stands out as a gem of Romanesque art. The popular Plaza Mayor and the Roman Bridge are also must-see attractions within the city.



The nearby Ribeira Sacra is a natural and cultural paradise, renowned for its canyons along the Sil River, which you can explore by catamaran to take in the stunning views. This area is home to many medieval monasteries, such as the Monastery of Santo Estevo de Ribas de Sil and the Monastery of San Pedro de Rocas, showcasing the deep monastic history of Galicia. Local gastronomy is another highlight of the area, featuring traditional dishes like pulpo a la gallega (Galician-style octopus), caldo gallego (Galician broth), chorizo in wine, and artisanal cheeses.



This charming 320 m² vacation home, located in the village of O Pereiro de Aguiar, is ideal for groups or families of up to 8 guests. With a lovely garden and a private 20 m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, it’s perfect for enjoying pleasant outdoor moments.



Inside, the house features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee makers, oven, and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which has a table with seating for six. The spacious living room offers comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk ideal for remote work. There is also a second living room with an additional dining table, perfect for gatherings or family dinners. The house is equipped with central heating for added comfort throughout the year.



The home offers four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and hairdryer; two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed; and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the house has three more bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a hairdryer. For families with young children, we provide a crib and high chair upon request.



The property includes a private garage for vehicle parking.

A security deposit will be held via credit card, and guests will need to provide their information through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
