Tenuta lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil.
Six old farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano, Casale Il Giglio, Casale il Loggiato Cottage il Noce and Poggio alle Case, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been charmingly restored.

Recently restored and at walking distance from Cottage il Noce. It has got private swimming pool (6x12, seasonal opening) and barbecue.
CASALE IL LOGGIATO- 130 square meters. Entrance from the loggiato (25 sqm) at ground floor. The loggiato is equipped with table and chairs for dining our. Through an internal staircase you reach the upper floor which consists of large living room with kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) double sofa bed (for children under 12 only), one twin bedded room and two double bedroom,s two bathrooms with shower. Satellite tv.

The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, air conditioning (available in the  bedrooms only), linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening) Wi-fi internet connection available for free. Pets are allowed. To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, final cleaning , baby cot on request. Key deposit 100€ and tourist tax must be paid cash upon arrival.

Beautiful location and a great house. Well appointed and well maintained. Better directions for how to check in and get keys would be helpful.

Maison et cadre idyllique

La maison était superbe. Nous avons cependant eu des problèmes avec les arrivées d’eau. Nous privant de salles d’eau, des wc, de la machine à laver et du lave vaisselle. Sur un séjour de 6 nuits, tout à été remis en fonctionnement au fur et à mesure dont le lave vaisselle la veille de notre départ. Avec passage du plombier 3 fois et du réparateur 1 fois. Cela a impacté la logistique pour notre famille de 6 personnes. Nous recommandons cependant cet endroit.

Basterebbe poco per essere top

Location molto bella, piscina davvero ben curata e sopra la media. Le uniche note stonate sono che la casa di giorno è davvero molto calda mentre l’accoglienza un po’ meno, basterebbe trovare in casa all’arrivo una bottiglia d’acqua fresca, una moka per fare caffè, del sapone e della carta igienica e sarebbe molto diverso.
