90 m² apartment located on the first floor of a house with a beautiful garden and a shared pool.
The owner who lives in the house right next door, will be happy to introduce you to the sites to visit.

- American kitchen fitted out
- Two bright bedrooms with double beds of 140 x 190. Windows giving access to the garden
- Bathroom with shower and toilet in each room

- Swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, not heated. The pool is shared with two other apartments. Open from May to the end of September. During the day only, from 10 am to 7 pm.

- A second flat, "Matteo Laricio", located in the same house, can be booked subject to availability.

- Possibility of hiring a Dacia duster 4/4. Pick-up and drop-off in Ajaccio and the surrounding area. Availability and prices available from the host.
