Checking in frustrating because no phone number given on hotels.com and no bell at the door. Listing needs to say to use reception at le Castel du Val next door. Otherwise excellent, large studio room.with view, well equipped with microwave and coffe maker, large very comfortable bed and well soundproofed. Good restaurant nearby hostellerie du Petit Bonneval open lunchtimes only, closed Wednesdays. Close to.motorway but noise does not teach the hotel

We stayed in a studio apartment for an overnight stop. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped and includes a kettle. The shower room was excellent. We had the most comfortable overnight stop ever with a continental breakfast in the morning. The only minor fault was that the Wi-fi in the room is slow/weak. However a good connection was available in the reception area.

Séjour très décevant. Première surprise à notre arrivée, on nous apprend que la piscine est partagée avec la résidence sénior et tout ce que cela implique... Le ménage dans la chambre est loin d'être impeccable, des poils/cheveux sur les taies d'oreiller et les serviettes à disposition, la poubelle de la salle de bain n'a pas été vidé. Finalement, et sûrement le plus gênant lorsque l'on parle d'un lieu pour dormir, la climatisation faisait un bruit de vibrations particulièrement dérangeant. Première nuit très compliquée donc. Nous faisons remonter l'information, le lendemain un membre du personnel nous accompagne à la chambre pour vérifier. Celle-ci estime que c'est un bruit "normal" de climatiseur et que l'on peut facilement faire avec. Je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de choses dans aucun des lieux climatisés où j'ai vécu mais ok. Elle nous propose d'arrêter la clim pour éviter le bruit. Nous sommes en période de canicule mais on essaie tout de même d'arrêter la clim la nuit suivante. Le bruit persiste pendant 1h après l'arrêt de la clim (toujours normal bien évidemment...). Bien évidemment on se réveille à plusieurs reprises à cause de la température, mais effectivement plus de bruit. Bref à un peu plus de 200€ les deux nuits, voilà assurément ma pire expérience dans un hôtel pour ce qui est du rapport qualité/prix.

Très bon séjour de 4 nuits pour visiter la région. Nous avons logé dans un studio avec une petite terrasse. Le logement est spacieux, la literie de très bonne qualité et la kitchenette très pratique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de la résidence seniors.
