Although an older style building the room was spotlessly clean and had been updated with a new fridge and bathroom vanity also a great location. Would stay again. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks which was only a 8 minute walk to the river and walkway to all the restaurants on the water. 😊

Overall, just OK for a budget-priced stay. Positives: the room was clean; the staff were pleasant, competent, available and helpful; the location was convenient (I was there for the cricket).
