We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Perth. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is really convenient, right in the city, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They also surprised us with a little birthday cheesecake and chocolates for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Perth.

Service top notch, 24hr room service that was prompt and excellent veg options that were specifically made not your usual repetitive options most kitchens put out. Will definitely return.

Service was excellent and room was comfortable. Good location, central and easy access to shops. Only issue - the hotel has no on site parking, but they have affiliated carparks in the vicinity that’s 5-10 min by foot. Can be rather inconvenient in wet weather conditions. Valet and self park options both available.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s very convenient to walk to the shopping areas and there are many dining options around the hotel. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Belle at the front desk and trainee Angelo who helped us with the luggage on the day of departure. The only drawback was that we were not given the type of room which we had booked until I had to highlight to the front desk and had it changed. It didn’t help after a very early arrival into Perth and would have expected a smoother check in. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay in your hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt Devine when we first walked in. We were greeted by all staff with a smile and a friendly approach. Didnt know it was an accessible room like nothing gave that away when booking. Went in to see it didnt have a bath or anything unlike the photos, siks, controls all super low and sutomatic door. Hotel staff were good tho nice service just the room was a major disappointment. Hotel itself not any amenities, no place to just sit back aside from a club you need to purchase access to or the gym. Luckily its central so many things within walking distance. Would we visit again? Probably not.
