We stayed for four nights. It was good that there was a washing machine in the big bathroom. Also, the hotel has a bus service nearby. The ferry is also 10 minutes away by car. The staff were helpful.

The room was large and comfortable with a nice bed and a good shower. There was a balcony but the inclement weather prevented us using it. The staff were friendly. We did not dine at the hotel but rather at another local establishment on Preston Street.

The rooms are a good size with all amenities incl a spa bath. The suites offer a separate bedroom and washing/drying machine. The area is quiet (despite proximity to the freeway) with ample on-street free parking ($15 for secure parking). The decor is very Asia with heavy Chinese-inspired dark furniture in the rooms.

Upgrade on wafer thin pillows and attention to detail cleaning is needed. Maintenance required on spa bath. Service and ammenities were great. On site restaurant for dinner and breakfast was a nice touch We will stay again

The hotel was fine. Surprisingly good for Price. I didn't like how parking is listed as available. But works out to be extra. Overall fine. If it sunny and I had Timo I think the pool would be a go a.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pagoda, breakfast was delicious, staff were brilliant and our 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous. It's a shame streaming services only worked on the lounge tv and not the bedroom tvs. Having said that the wifi was brilliant - it ACTUALLY works! Rooms also need usb ports. The heated pool is very cold which was a shame for my son who was really looking forward to a pool he wouldn't freeze in. We would definitely stay here again.
