This beautiful 1-bedroom mansion located in Perugia, with air conditioning, is nestled in the green hills of Umbria. It is ideal for a family of 4 to escape from the city and spend a peaceful vacation enjoying the shared swimming pool and bubble bath.

You can visit some of the art cities of Umbria like Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Spello, and Spoleto. There are many cultivation in the surrounding to enjoy life cereals, viticulture and olive. The Lake is ta 50 km. You can have fun dining out in the restaurants in 100m or finish your purchases from supermarket at 1 km.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a double sofa bed and TV. The bedroom comes with a double bed. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from the garden while preparing the barbecue. Vehicles can be parked safely and 1 pet is allowed.
