Holiday Home "Palazzetto Bovini" with Wi-Fi and Private Pool

The holiday home "Palazzetto Bovini" is located in Perugia and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The property, spread over 4 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 10 bedrooms (located on the first and second floors), and 5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 20 people. Three of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while two have a bathtub. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, heating, washing machine, books and toys for children. A ping pong table and a billiard table are also available for your entertainment. Upon request, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.



The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool (recently renovated, open from June to September 15), garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. The property is 10 km from the city center, 25 km from Assisi, and 30 km from Gubbio. Supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies are easily reachable by car.



A parking space is available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, available for an extra fee. Please avoid excessive noise between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm and after 10:00 pm. Children must always be supervised in the pool area. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property provides instructions for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.



From this year, additional paid services are available: private chef and/or pizza maker, visits to wineries with tastings, home delivery of local dishes and drinks as well as groceries, visits to the apiary with honey tasting, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, babysitting, shuttle service to and from the airport, and extra cleaning.
