The Centofate villa with three bedrooms and double living room, enjoys a wonderful sea view from the garden and its terraces located on the upper levels. Right in front of the villa there is a direct descent to the exclusive Procenisco beach with organized umbrella service, bar and restaurant. The villa with air conditioning and Wi-Fi has all the comforts to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The presence of a large garden and terraces on various levels makes the villa the ideal place for a very pleasant stay in contact with nature and the sea. On the ground floor there is the TV room with sofas and the dining room, the kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher with direct access to the garden and a comfortable bathroom with shower. In the garden there are two areas: one furnished with a large table with chairs and masonry bench, protected by a splendid wooden canopy and another relaxation area where an umbrella, a sofa and 2 armchairs are positioned. In the garden there is also the shower room and a closet where the washing machine is located. On the first floor are located the three bedrooms and the second bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom has a splendid sea view from its private terrace equipped with chairs and table. The other two rooms can enjoy the outdoor terrace also with sea view. A very suggestive view can be enjoyed from the solarium to the top level from which it is possible to admire the wonderful bay of San Nicola.
