This floor also contains a bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, as well as an open entrance hall fitted with a sofa bed. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor layout.
