THE STATE OF THE FIRST ROOM I WAS ALLOCATED THE WINDOW WOULD NOT CLOSE AND WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST VISITED THE ROOM SHE THEN OFFERED TO MOVE ME THE SECOND ROOM (GROUND FLOOR) HAD NO NET CURTAINS NO PRIVACY THE FLOOR COVERING TO THE ENTRANCE WAS THREAD BEAR AND A TRIP RISK IT WAS AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM .IT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR VULNERABLE PEOPLE .VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN .

Friendly hotel which allows dogs - fantastic!! The rooms very very clean and tidy, and the staff friendly. It is situated at a large services, so there are places to eat right next door. Would definitely stay again.

A place to sleep.

Room was clean and spacious bureau too hot. Staff were polite and helpful. A basic but comfortable place for traveling people to sleep.

convenient for major roads and country park.

Pros: Smiley and friendly staff at all times
Cons: Possible use of a hair dryer in the room.
Location: All amenities available for a short stay in spitting distance of the hotel.
Very Good service and condition of the rooms etc, see my other comments as to why
