Got woken up by a fire alarm at 2 in the morning and then got told i was not allowed back there because i meddled with it. Try going to work at 6 in the morning with no sleep. Shambles of a hotel will never recommend it to anyone.

Positive: Room Size, location, Free Parking, Rapid EV charging, Lots of shops around the area. Beds are clean. Negative: Service ( Windows edges are mostly mould appeared, Room was not cleaned (Even though we have request to clean), Kettle didn't worked, No towels, No toilet papers), No lifts to first floor. Note: EV charging is bit expensive( 75p/KWH), Carpet was clean but feels dirty.

Room / check in etc. were fine - but other guests were very noisy between around 1 and 2am - slamming doors, talking loudly and even a dog barking. I was too tired to go to reception to complain but had hoped a staff member would hear and ask them to quieten down.

Good room, nice and warm with an oiled filled radiator to assist the room heating. Even though it was right in the middle of the services, the room was quiet, and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast wasn't in house but in the services area. Good breakfast, but I would recommend getting the take away option as the area was quite cold.

I only stayed for 1 night and it was more than adequate for my needs. When I do the trip to Peterboro again to visit relatives I will certainly book with the property, provided of course, the price is right

Someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next door, all room was stinking. We also got the room which was freezing and the heating wasn’t working. Had to ask for new room and move all stuff. Breakfast is voucher to next door at the services which were horrible, don’t even bother getting breakfast included in the stay.
