We arrived early and the staff took our bags to our room so that we didn't need to come back to check in later on. Plenty of space in the car park too.

Needed somewhere to stay for a conference.

I would like to say Andy and Matt were excellent staff that ticked all the right boxes. The food took too long, was not as requested, the chef was rude and waitress clearly wanted to be elsewhere. The room was as expected and the beds comfortable. The shower in room 44 is awesome!

Decent hotel

Not a bad hotel for the price. Rooms are pretty clean although slightly dated. Friendly staff. Only parking can get a little tight during peak.

Nice hotel close to city centre

Pros: Close to city centre
Cons: Bar could be better stocked
Location: City centre football ground
Only one problem the bar didn't have any brandy but the staff we're very helpful provided taxis and directions

reasonable location

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Carpets, and decor very outdated.
Location: shops bars etc all within walking distance
within walking distance of centre, let us check in at 12.40 pm. room good size,clean. 2nt night woken up at around 3am staff pushing trolleys along alleyway, looks like in prep for a wedding on Easter Monday. We were unable to get back to sleep after that. No thought for guests. Breakfast good, 2nd ran out of sausage ??. Probably stick with Raddison blue in future.
