Great stay!

The ladies at the front desk are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help with anything you may need. Also, the breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay!

Our room was great, spacious and very comfortable. Also extremely clean. Will highly recommend staying here. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Storm kept us inside.

We stayed to do some shopping for a couple of days. We spent most of the time because the weather was stormy. We enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

Staff did a good job checking in everyone quickly and were responsive to concerns about noise from other guests. Hotel is very clean. Like the blackout curtains. Only complaint is other guests who let there children run around and be excessively loud as if they were in their own homr.

Everything was good. We were right next to the pool so the room was very warm and a little challenging to keep the room cool. One of the box springs or frames must have been broken/cracked because when you sat in the bed it kept popping slightly but wasn’t too bad once you were laying down.

Clean and affordable hotel

Very clean, affordable, and nice hotel in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities, and the free breakfast was quality too. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Nice stay in a great treasure of a town

Staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean, pool was cool but clean. Had a lake view but with it being winter it just looked like a snowfield :) Would stay again

We use this hotel as our go to when in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, pool area is pleasant, mattress is good. This visit we noticed the pillows need updating as do TV’s, unable to connect to media- disappointing ! Didn’t have breakfast this time, usually it is typical “hotel included” breakfast.Appreciate coffee,tea available in lobby anytime!

This hotel is super clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The beds are comfy and the hot breakfast was good. I honestly can’t say anything bad about the AmericInn in Petoskey. Will be staying there on all our visits.

Nice place
