Finca “Ca'n Monget” is a stone house surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool of 5.70m long x 2.70m wide.



The outside area is surrounded by trees that will offer you a lot of privacy during your vacations. There is a table and a barbecue so you can enjoy your meals outdoors. If you like to shower outdoors you will be able to do so.



As soon as you enter the property, you will find the kitchen open to the living room. This space has everything you need for cooking, industrial stove, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker among other things. In addition, there is a satellite TV, wifi. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped and also has an exit to the outside. Next, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. The bedrooms have a closet for storing clothes, a ceiling fan and an electric radiator. In addition, the double bedroom has air conditioning.



The house just have one air conditioning. As the main bedroom is on the first floor and is the room that receives the most sunlight, it is the only room with air conditioning. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have fans.



The house is located in a rural setting, but less than 10km from the town of Manacor, where you can stroll through the old town, go shopping or eat in one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. Also worth a visit is the beautiful fishing village of Porto Cristo.

You can also visit the picturesque village of Petar less than 7 km away.
