A localização e o atendimento são espetaculares. Fomos extremamente bem recebidas. O tamanho dos quartos, assim como a limpeza são nota 10. A única coisa que não deu para aproveitar foi a piscina que estava suja, mas com exceção disso o hotel é excelente.

Estádia ótima! Tudo limpinho, funcionários atenciosos, quarto confortável e ótima localização. Alguns pontos que acho que podem ser aprimorados: o ar-condicionado do quarto estava um pouco fraco e o café da manhã médio. Já fiquei no outro hotel deles e foi incrível o café da manhã. O hotel possui uma localização ótima! Os quartos são mais simples do que parece pelas fotos, mas são confortáveis e a geladeira e ar condicionado estavam silenciosos. O café da manhã estava farto e gostoso. Os funcionários foram gentis. A piscina estava suja e só foi limpa na segunda. Acho que poderiam limpar antes da chegada dos hóspedes. De forma geral o acabamento deixa a desejar.

O atendimento é incrível fomos muito bem atendidos pelos dois profissionais da recepção e nos permitiram deixar a mala no hotel enquanto a hora do check in chegava, o café da manhã é uma delicia, amamos as opcoes e parecia tudo fresco e saboroso todos os dias, o quarto é sensacional, cama confortável, edredons suficientes pro frio de Petrópolis e o chuveiro também muito bom, amamos a estadia e voltaremos mais vezes porque infelizmente fez frio e nao consegui usufruir da piscina rs
