Welcome to your Provençal farmhouse in Peymeinade
Just a few minutes from Grasse and 20 minutes from Cannes, this charming stone farmhouse is the ideal place for a peaceful stay between the countryside and the French Riviera. Nestled in greenery, the house offers beautiful views of the hills and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

🏡 The accommodation
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
2 bedrooms with double beds, perfect for couples or parents looking for peace and quiet,
1 children’s bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for the youngest,
2 bathrooms and a separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tableware and utensils),
a welcoming living room with sofas, exposed beams and large windows opening onto the outdoors.
It’s a real family home, simple and warm, where you quickly feel “at home”.

🌿 Outdoors & life in the open air
You’ll be immersed in a truly countryside atmosphere:
large open terrace with sun loungers for naps in the sun,
covered terrace with outdoor table for meals in the shade,
tree-lined garden surrounded by greenery, with views of the hills and hilltop villages,
total calm, only punctuated by birdsong and cicadas in summer.
It’s the perfect place to switch off, read, enjoy a barbecue or let the children play outside in complete tranquillity.

📍 Peymeinade, Grasse, Cannes & hilltop villages
The farmhouse is located in Peymeinade, less than 10 minutes from Grasse, the emblematic perfume town with its famous Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard perfumeries and guided tours.
You are also close to many typical villages: Tanneron, Cabris, Spéracèdes, Le Tignet, Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, as well as the villages of the Fayence area and Lake Saint-Cassien for swimming, pedal boats, paddleboarding or family walks.
By car, you can reach Cannes in 25 minutes: private or public beaches, seafront restaurants, water activities and strolls along the Croisette. Antibes is about fifteen minutes from Cannes.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay.
Check-in is self-service via a key box from 4 p.m.

🧺 Linen & cleaning
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more.
For stays of less than 6 nights, linen can be offered as an optional extra at an additional cost, on request.

💼 Service
To make your arrival easier, check-in is done online via a link sent after booking.
You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet for the duration of your stay: arrival procedure, how the property works, recommended places and activity ideas in the surrounding area.

Additional fees:
