Realizing it’s an urban environment, we have to accept that even guests in a wheelchair must park two blocks away. However, we felt the absence of the waffle machine at breakfast. As loyal BW customers, that was hard to accept. We love the waffles! The real pity, is that having booked through a 3rd party site, we were informed by front desk that will not get BW loyalty points. Sigh. On a happy note, the staff is Top Notch. Helpful and friendly. 5 star staff.

located on the edge of Chinatown. Many homeless loitering around the area. Parking was self park , no Valet. The parking location was a quite walk on busy road. .Very confusing. Staff were not well trained. Can not offer clear instructions to the guests. The building was an old building and the room was shabby. The breakfast was "chemical" scrambled eggs and greasy sausages. I saw one of the guests spitting out the eggs.. Was not expecting Four Season facility or service at this price, but it was not exceptionally cheap either.

Great job team

When i arrived the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I met Emma on Saturday while at breakfast, and she was amazing, not to mention beautiful. There was also a gentleman cleaning the tables on Saturday, and he kept the breakfast area very clean and inviting. Great job. I will book another stay at your location.

Excellent stay and I can honestly say, the best and awesome staff members/employees. They go above and beyond to ensure their guest enjoy their stays. They do it because they really care and it’s in their nature. I was almost upset that I didn’t have one concern or negative moment. There was a cockroach in the shower. No hairdryer. Black mold growing on the sheer curtain hanging over the air conditioning unit and the room was damp all the time. The floors were dirty. The staff were friendly but lackluster.
