The room was not nice, not clean the tv didn’t work, also the night front desk manager was a completely rude couldn’t be bothered to do his job. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the stay was fine!

Very happy with my stay at the comfort

Everything was very good and there was a nice little restaurant attached to the hotel that we ate at. Hospitality was awesome. Everything was clean. We were very much accommodated.

I checked in and my room was filthy. The receptionist was so nice and helpful but he had to come up to the floor to kick my door in and then my room was dirty with towels on the shower floor, poop on the toilet paper, and bed not made. He was able to get me a new room but I did feel kind of unsafe as a solo female

We booked several rooms. One had ear wax on the walls and blood on the sheet. Another room had a sticky floor and a puddle in the bathroom. In another room the bathroom had crumbs on the floor. Only one room was clean out of all of them. There was a homeless guy outside yelling at people. They need to train their cleaning staff.

Overall I would give the property a 7/10. The staff themselves were absolutely amazing. I would give them a 10/10. My flight ended up being canceled due to weather, as many other flights were, and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and flexibility to check out late at 4pm instead of 11am was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was good, I appreciate the variety offered. However, the room I stayed in did need some work. When I pulled the toilet tissue roll the toilet paper holder broke, the sink and shower were opposite so the hot side was cold and cold side were hot, and when I went to turn the air down a bit the face of the AC unit fell off. It was storming earlier in the evening so the wifi was not working as well. Like I said, the staff was absolutely amazing-specifically the shuttle drivers and the people that checked me in/out. However, I do think for the nightly price the room should be updated to a higher standard.

After staying in various locations near Aston, we found a better experience for less money. This place felt dirty and had a bad smell; it’s definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend it at all. Additionally, it's located across from a fire station, so you can hear all the sirens, which was awful.

I looked at the reviews and decided to stay based on the positive comments from recent posts. The hotel is in need of some TLC; however ,the staff was prompt, courteous, and my room was clean and comfortable. For the price and last minute accommodations, I was not disappointed. It's very close to the airport and it was very quiet.
