The room I stayed in had ants and trying to talk to a manager i was told he was on salary so he dont have to come in. I was also told i can sign up for some type of package deal and the will give me points towards another stay but why would i stay again if i can't talk to a manager about a bug problem. This was not a good stay. I had to stay in a room filled with a bunch of ants and my daughter and kids were bit by these ants. I will not be staying here again. I did not accept the deal that they were giving me and had no choice but to stay there.

Truly the staff is what makes this place special - wonderful dedication of staff and a nice pool are the two main highlights. Clean nice beds and lobby also lovely.

I can't wait to stay here again! The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from Sesame Place! The staff was incredibly friendly and full of energy, making us feel right at home. Plus, the hotel was spotless and inviting. It was an all-around fantastic experience!

Everything was great from the moment we checked in, easy, convenient quick. Smelled clean always, rooms were clean and big. Staff was very professional, helpful and very welcoming. We didnt use the amenities but they were upkept. Checkout was also smooth. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit this side of PA.

We were told one thing by a representative at Marriott's main number and conflicting information from the front desk, regarding having a room next to my family. There was a dog in the room next door. He started barking at 5am and barked until after 8am. Called front desk. No help. Husband went to front desk. He was told there was no manager on duty. I called the number for the general manager. No answer. Told we could not use the fire pit in the courtyard because there was no manager with the key to turn it on. It is advertised on the website. Overall, the staff was not knowledgeable or accommodating.
